Quaker supports customers with its Q-Trak sampling (North America only) and analysis program.  Q-Trak is designed to help QUINTOLUBRIC^® fluid users get the most from their fluid and equipment.  Testing regimens have been developed for each QUINTOLUBRIC^® product that will assist customers in maintaining both the fluid and hydraulic components in top operating condition.

For HFA Fluids Q-Trak reports the following:

• Concentration
• pH
• Bacteria
• Fungi
• Recommended Actions

For HFD Fluids Q-Trak reports the following:

• Viscosity
• Moisture content (%)
• Particle Count
• Acid Number
• Recommended Actions

Results are typically transmitted within 3-4 days of receipt of sample. The cost for one standard analysis report is $50. To take advantage of this service, please follow these instructions:

1. Order a QUINTOLUBRIC^® sampling kit through Quaker’s Order Services Department (U.S.) at: Telephone: 610.832.4319 or Fax: 610.832.4495.
2. Use only the sample bottles supplied in the kit.
3. Complete all labels and paperwork supplied with the kit
4. Follow safe packaging instructions provided
   

Each sampling kit contains everything needed for three standard QUINTOLUBRIC^® analyses. The kits cost $150.00 which prepays the cost of the analysis and report for each of the three samples.

Additional testing is available for problem solving.  Quaker has a fully equipped analytical laboratory that can be called upon to guide both service personnel and customers in getting the optimum performance from their QUINTOLUBRIC^®  hydraulic fluids.
